As a result of this synopsis and possible solicitation, the Special Project Operations Center, Intermountain Branch, plans to award a firm fixed price contract. 4. Type of Solicitation. Contract Description:** East Animas Admin site has two residential buildings, the bunkhouse and the modular, and one warehouse. The work in this contract is within and around the two residential buildings, their associated parking site, and water system. The modular building work includes roof maintenance, toilet replacement, flooring replacement, and broken shower unit replacement. The modular has optional bid items of lighting replacement, ceramic tile upgrades, and new instant hot water heater installation. The bunkhouse work includes roof replacement, toilet replacement, exterior staining, deck repair and staining, and minor plumbing/electrical changes. The bunkhouse has optional bid items of lighting replacement and new instant hot water heater installation. The site work includes installation of a new 5025-gallon underground water tank. The site has an optional bid item of parking lot resurfacing. This work needs to be completed within the timeframe of the off season when the buildings are empty and before the first snow of the year. 8. Disclosure of Magnitude. The anticipated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. **9. Type of Set-aside:** Total small business set-aside. 10. Responses.
