## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

**Amendment:** This amendment is issued to provide answers to questions received. Was there an incumbent for this contract? If so, could you please provide the contract number and value? Yes, there is a current contract, and that number is 1282A719C0027. Total amount was $107,280.75 for base and all option years. Is it possible to get access to the last inspection reports completed for each facility? Attached are the latest inspection reports in Excel. Are the exhaust fans located on the roof of the facility?

If not, could you please specify their locations? Yes, they are located on the roof - see attached photos. Is it possible to get actual pictures of the hoods that will need to be serviced? See attached photos. Can a site visit be arranged to better understand the scope of work? No site visits will be held.
