## Description

Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Statement of Work. The SOW and Specifications are written for site security improvements at the National Bio & Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, KS. There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6 and Attachments 12 and 13. Site Visit is on July 29th. All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation.

Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM Aug 1, 2024. Questions submitted after Aug 1st until proposals are due may not receive a response. If questions are submitted after July 25th and you were not an attendee of the site visit and therefore would not be technically acceptable for award under Evaluation Factor 1, a response will not be provided.
