The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation required in performing all work in accordance with the plans and specifications. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Draft copies of drawings and specifications have been added to this pre-solicitation. A mandatory site visit will be required and attendance will be an evaluation factor. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. USDA is anticipating this being 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B24R0036, may be issued on or around July 2, 2024. The NAICS Code shall be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via sam.gov in the “Contracting Opportunities” section.
