## Description

Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Statement of Work. The SOW and Specifications are written for constructing a stanchion barn and cattle working barn in Kerrville, TX. There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. Site Visit is on Aug 5th. All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov.

To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM Aug 11, 2024. Questions submitted after Aug 11th until proposals are due may not receive a response. If questions are submitted after Aug 5th and you were not an attendee of the site visit and therefore would not be technically acceptable for award under Evaluation Factor 1, a response will not be provided.
