## Description

The evaluation was conducted and laid out in price from lowest to highest, and then the technical evaluation is performed on lowest priced proposal. If the proposal iwas technically acceptable award is made, if the proposal is not technically acceptable then the next lowest is evaluated. This process is worked until the LPTA offeror is identified, as described in Section M of the solicitation. Proposals that are higher in price than the LPTA offeror will not be evaluated.
