The proposed contract will be for one (1) five year ordering period, resulting in the contract performance period of maximum 5 years. The estimated contract minimum guarantee is $2,000.00 with an estimated overall maximum of $45,000,000.00. The anticipated Task Orders are estimated to range from $2,000 to $3,000,000.00. (subject to change on the actual solicitation issuance). Individual funded requirements will be awarded through the issuance of competitive firm-fixed-price Task Orders; however, no projects exist currently. A solicitation may or may not be issued on or about May 1, 2024. This requirement will be restricted to small business, but the official socio-economic set aside (if any) is not identified at this time and will be made available when the solicitation is issued.
