ARS will accept responses from ALL socioeconomic categories in order to gain a more complete understanding of the market for these supplies. **3. Requirement Description:** USDA-ARS in Fargo, ND, requires optimization of five research facility fume hood controls. Specifically, the USDA wants the investigation, programming, and verification of relays; the demolition, provision, and installation of switches; and final testing, adjusting, and balancing of the system, such that the fume hoods can be individually and severally turned off while maintaining constant air flow out of the other hoods and the HVAC system as a whole. **4.
