The regular cleaning services shall be performed twice a week. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the necessary hours that it will take to meet the contract requirements are built into their price quote. The quantity of office furniture or utilization of floor space is subject to change during the contract period. Performance shall be based on the Government’s evaluation of the results. Contract time and estimated start date: 09/01/2025 is the estimated start date. Base year period will run from date of the contract award through 08/31/2030.
