## Description

**This solicitation is hereby cancelled. Due to a lack of staffing during the Government Shutdown this project is being cancelled and will be posted under a new solicitation number after the shutdown ends

Important Notice to Contractors -- Due to the Government Shutdown, this solicitation will have the following changes: The Site Visit has been cancelled until further notice. The proposal due date has been extended out to Novemeber 7th, 2025. All dates are subject to the Government Shutdown and will be undated/finalized once the Government Shutdown has ended. The purpose of this project is to demolish 8 existing toilet facilities and replace with 8 new Vault toilets, on the Pecos/Las Vegas Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest. The existing facilities are a combination of composting toilets, vault toilets, and one flush toilet facility, all of which are posing human health and safety concerns for both the public and federal workers.
