One (1) French Drain (21’L x 2’W x 2.5’D) and associated underground 4” drainage culvert (approximatly 65 L.F.), one (1) 120v, 15 amp circuit with quadplex outlet installed on existing steel lookout tower (intended outlet location is approximatly 100’ above ground level) The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and specified materials/supplies necessary to complete the repair/replacement of the existing 4” sanitary sewer at Big Springs Work Center (Bid Items #9 and #9A). The intent of this contract is to either clear the blocked sewer line using non-destrictive methods or to completely replace the blocked section of sewer (damaged sections of sewer line shall not be left in-place without adaquate repair to fully restore integrity of sewer pipe). Contractor will be responsible for investigating the nature of the blockage, and determining the appropriate course of action to bring the blocked sewer into full working order. If the sewer pipe is found to be physically compromised, then replacment of the compromised section will be requiered. Only one of the two bid items, #9 and #9A will be paid.
