127EAW24R0042 - EZ Trailhead Vault Toilets - A00002 Tahoe National Forest This purpose of this amendment is to post RFI Round 1 responses and project pictures. Attached is "RFI Official Responses - 1" and "Project Pictures" which are hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award.

Failure to use the revised documents and requirements revised within will result in your proposal being non-responsive. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW24R0042 - EZ Trailhead Vault Toilets - A00001 Tahoe National Forest This purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW and schedule to correct verbiage indicating there are current vault toilets to demolition which is incorrect.

There are no existing vault toilets to demolish at specified locations. Attached is "1. Statment of Work - - REVISION 001" and "2. Schedule - REVISION 001" which are hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award.

**Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES:** See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, June 20th, 2024. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
