This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated August 27, 2025. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 332618 Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characteristics sheet. 1. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than 1700 Mountain time on September 19, 2025. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov no later than September 23, 2025. Emails should be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Specialist, Shavera Leveille at shavera.leveille@usda.gov. 2. Deadline for Responses: 1700 Mountain time on September 26, 2025. 3. Period of Performance: 10/22/2025-12/21/2025 4.
