This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 dated August 7, 2025. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 336212 Truck Trailers Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characteristics sheet. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 1700 Mountain time on August 28, 2025. Questions will only be accepted via email.
