The anticipated requirement will be issued under RFP Number 127EAV24R0001. The RFP is expected to be posted to Contract Opportunities at https://www.sam.gov/ in February 2024 (third or fourth week). This procurement will be conducted utilizing 100% Small Business Concern competitive negotiation procedures under FAR Part 15. The Government intends to award a single award firm fixed-price contract. SELECTION PROCESS: The proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Trade-Off source selection process. Potential offerors will be invited to submit their technical, past performance, and price information as described in the Solicitation, for review and consideration by the Government. The selection process will evaluate such factors (not necessarily in order): Past Performance, Technical which includes Management & Experience, and Price.
