The Santa Fe National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for an Annual Service Contract for the Jemez Office Elevator. This will maintain the elevator in safe and reliable operating condition. It also provides 24/7 emergency elevator phone call monitoring. Responses to solicitation 127EAV24Q0089 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer best conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
