The Lincoln National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for a fence project. Responses to solicitation 127EAV24Q0076 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer best conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process. Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract.
