## Description

**127EAV24Q0017 Project:** The Carson and Santa Fe National Forests Motor Grader Rental This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0017 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: The Carson and Sante Fe National Forests located in New Mexico has a requirement for the rental of a motor grader. The applicable NAICS is 532412 Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $40.0 (PSC: W038).

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in e?ect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 dated February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
