The Contractor shall maintain every part of the premises known as the Flagstaff Ranger District Office(s) and the Mormon Lake Work Center Office(s) in a clean and acceptable condition. Various phases of cleaning and janitorial work shall, as a minimum, be carried out at the frequencies indicated on the schedule. Work shall be done after occupant working hours, during the hours shown. The hours of cleaning are negotiable and may need to be changed to better fit the needs of the Forest Service.
