The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
