Update 7/9/2024 Amendment #A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to:

Post Q&As (in attachments) Change the required PoP from 90 Days to 180 Days All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

**Update 6/28/2024:** Attachment added to identify approved Bio Monitors.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAS24Q0078 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.

North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 115310, Size standard of $34 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 11 March 2021. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract.

All wishing to attend the site visit will meet at the 29688 Auberry Road, Prather CA, otherwise know as the High Sierra Ranger District and will proceed from there to the project location.
