Pricing shall include all costs necessary to perform the required services, including overhead, general and administrative expenses, profit, insurance, transportation, labor, equipment, and supplies. This notice does not constitute a competitive solicitation. Foss Therapy Services, Inc. retains proprietary rights to the designs, engineering tolerances, and mechanical specifications of the Model 484F?C irradiator. Nevertheless, all responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement for consideration. Any entity that believes it can fulfill this requirement is encouraged to provide a capability statement for the Government’s review. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government’s discretion. Information received will be used exclusively to assess whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
