The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order with Whooster Inc (UEI: V7HKESYDMJQ5) using FAR Part 12 procedures. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain a real-time, comprehensive investigative data solution enabling APHIS to obtain critical aggregated and correlated intelligence across people, phones, vehicles, properties, criminal records, businesses, and social media databases. Whooster also supports batch searches allowing hundreds or thousands of queries simultaneously. This subscription is essential to maintain mission critical investigative capabilities for identifying violators, supporting pathway analysis, and protecting U.S. agriculture and natural resources.
