## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12639526Q0122 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grounds Maintenance Services for USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program located at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. The site visit will be held at the USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program Memphis Cotton Classing Facility located at 3275 Appling Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. Attendance to the site visit is not a mandatory prerequisite of submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation, though Vendors are encouraged to make an on-site, in-depth review of the facility, equipment, job requirements, etc. prior to submitting a quotation. Vendors will not be reimbursed for any time or costs associated with attending the optional site visit.
