## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Choose an item. are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. An optional site visit is available for Vendors on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CDT. The site visit will be held at the USDA, AMS, Cotton & Tobacco Program Memphis Cotton Classing Facility located at 3275 Appling Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. Attendance to the site visit is not a mandatory prerequisite of submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation, though Vendors are encouraged to make an on-site, in-depth review of the facility, equipment, job requirements, etc. prior to submitting a quotation. Vendors will not be reimbursed for any time or costs associated with attending the optional site visit.
