The extent of damage to the product and building costs the Government millions of dollars to re-supply and repair. These products have huge attractions to mice and cause a lot of damage and contamination to the product used to make diet to feed the flies. Due to the sensitivity of nature, the contractor selected for this project shall be required to respond immediately in various cases. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
