REQUIREMENTS AND QUANTITIES: USDA is seeking a hotel conference site to host the National Poultry Improvement Plan’s Biennial Conference in Salt Lake City, UT. Blocked Guest Rooms will be paid for by participants. See attached RFQ 12639525Q0249 attachment located in the attachment section of this notice. 7. Location will be Salt Lake City UT and be held no later than September 18. 2026. Preferred dates are: June 1-5, 2026 June 8-12, 2026 August 10-14, 2026 August 17-21, 2026 August 24-28, 2026 8. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and technical factors considered. Technical factors such as hotel location, promity to airport, amedities, location amendites, Meeting room space, Audio Visual Support may be considered.
