SOLE SOURCE Current system is Siemens. Siemens Industry, Inc. proposes the modernization of the fire safety system at MIG USDA Miami - Building 815, located at 6300 NW 36 Street, Miami, FL 33122. This initiative replaces existing fire alarm infrastructure with the advanced Siemens Desigo Compact fire detection system, offering cloud integration, enhanced compliance, and improved operational capabilities. Quote will be no longer than 75 pages Will include:

1. Price 2. Technical ability 3. Quality Control 4. Key Personnel Must be current with Sam.Gov registration to be awarded contract. It is critical that the vendors read the attached SOW!! If necessary, site visit will be scheduled. Quotes will be sent to CO at the following:
