## Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) is in need of a firm-fixed price contract for Tecan Robotic Machines. Questions are due no later than 8:00am (CST) October 29, 2025 to the Contracting Specialist Kathy Melby at Kathleen.melby@usda.gov.

Interested parties, please submit quote packages to the contracting specialist via email by 3:30 (CST) **Please Use solicitation number in subject line when responding.** If an interested party’s quote package has not completed all of the items listed in the “Notes to Quoters” page, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award.
