## Description

This is a firm fixed-price contract for non-personal janitorial services for USDA, APHIS, PPQ Field Operations, Asian Long-horned Beetle Eradication Program located at 5270 Dixie Plantation Rd., Hollywood, South Carolina 29449. The base period of performance for this contract is Jnauary 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, with four (4) one-year option periods that may be exercised by the Government in accordance with FAR 52.217-9. Should all options be exercised under this contract, the contract will ultimately expire on October 31, 2029. Award was made to the responsible Vendor whose quotation was determined to provide the best value to the Government, per FAR 52.212-2.
