## Description

**Description:** Firm Fixed Priced IDIQ contract for Inactive Dried Yeast, Primary Grown in accordance with specifications. Estimated maximum quantity needed per year is (5 Shipments/20,000lbs each and 1 possible additional shipment of 20,000lbs) per year. Delivery will be 400 bags (20,000 lbs. each) with deliveries about every 75 days throughout the year/ Shipments shall be packaged in either bags or drums in quantities of either 50 pounds or 25 kilograms..

All cost to include but not limit to overhead, general and administrative, profit, and insurance. Shipping will be FOB Destination - Prepaid and add. The period of performance is from date of award and not to exceed five years. FAR 52.209-4 - First Article Approval - Government Testing. (Sep 1989) required.
