## Description

MOD 3- Be sure to include your technical capabilities and past performance along with pricing for evaluation. This MOD3 also extends the due date to noon EST, 1/11/2024. MOD 2 reflects changes to the Q&A sheet to clarify further questions. This modification to the solicitation is to add all contractor questions and answers.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), National Plant Germplasm Quarantine Center (NPGQC) is seeking to establish a contract for the installation of LED Lighting throughout the facility to include the parking lot. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated for these services.

The anticipated effective date of the contract is January 15, 2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335132 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a total small business set aside. Construction Wage Rate Requirements Number MD20230054, Mod.
