## Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure one (1) MD 530F aircraft or equivalent aircraft meeting specified salient characteristics. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price commercial supply purchase order.

The anticipated effective date of the contract is April 22, 2024. The contract will have an anticipated period of performance of fourteen (14) days to include acceptance and delivery at vendor’s facility. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 336411 (size standard 1500 employees). It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for amendments, if any.
