The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting a market survey to identify the availability and interest of qualified Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zones, Woman-Owned, and certified 8(a) firms and large businesses as potential sources for water quality automated collection sampling and logging equipment that is compatible with existing equipment at the National Soil Erosion Research Laboratory in West Lafayette, Indiana. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332911, Industrial Valve Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The following information is provided to assist the ARS in conducting Market Research to identify potential contractors for this effort: The government is seeking capability statements from businesses capable of providing the water quality automated collection sampling and logging equipment at the National Soil Erosion Research Laboratory. Place of Performance: United States Department of Agriculture National Soil Erosion Research Laboratory 275 South Russell Street West Lafayette, IN 47907 Respondents shall furnish sufficient technical information necessary for the Government to conclusively determine that they are capable of meeting the technical requirements identified in the attached specifications document.
