## Description

**Amendment 0001 (05/08/2024):** This amendment has been made to:

(1) Change the solictation to unrestricted.

(2) Extend the quote submission deadline.

(3) Update the FAR caluses and provisions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0151 is for 14 Bred Sows Due to Farrow in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 112210 (“Hog and Pig Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $4.0 million. The applicable PSC is 8820 (“Live Animals, Not Raised for Food”). This solicitation is reissued as unrestricted.

A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
