RFI Title: Preventative Maintenance and Services on (2) Mobile Mini C-Arm Fluoroscopic Units at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Sicily (Italy). LOCATION: U.S. NMRTC Sigonella – NAS , Strada Statale 192 KM 15, Catania-Enna, Sigonella, Sicily (Italy) BACKGROUND: The U.S. NMRTC Sigonella Orthopedic and Operating Room Departments requires a Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement for their (2) Mobile Mini C-Arm Fluoroscopic Units that have come off warranty. This will include (1) Annual Preventative Maintenance, all Repairs and Corrective Actions to the units. Contractor shall be responsible for its service-related trip expenses including round trip travel, mileage, and overnight living expenses.
