Farrell Cabin work includes raising existing well casing, installation of new waterline and water spigot pedestal, and demolition of existing pedestal. Mather Lodge work includes the demolition of the existing concrete pad, installation of new concrete pad, installation of all necessary piping and electrical systems into the existing structure that will be placed on the new concrete pad, and repairs to the building. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
