## Description

The US Forest Service, Monongahela National Foerst has requirement to replace the HVAC in the White Sulphur Springs Office This requirement is being solicited under Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 13. Notice to Potential Offerors:
