## Description

The US Forest Service, Superior National Forest has requirement for road construction and culvert replacement on the Gunflint Ranger District in Cook County, MN. This requirement is being solicited under Part 14 – Sealed Bidding, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 14. Notice to Potential Offerors:
