This acquisition will be competed as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to interested parties about potential opportunity to construct new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs for road and other transportation related repair and construction services.
