## Description

The USDA FS International Institute of Tropical Forestry is seeking the Rental of climate control storage space to house laboratory equipment, cabinets, laboratory benches, and shelf units needed to meet our demolish and new chemistry rebuild requirement. The warehouse must be within 10 miles of the Jardin Botanico Sur in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

**Requirements:** The Warehouse must be near the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico within a 10-mile radius from the International Institute of Tropical Forestry in San Juan, Puerto Rico Free of pests and insects. Minimum square footage Area two (20X20 Rental Space). climate control. Must be SAMS registered.
