## Description

Amendment 001 - Updated Attachment 3, Chemical Disposal List that includes 17 additional items. Attachment 3 Additions and corresponding updates to the solicitation document are highlighted in yellow. Site Visit Information To coordinate a site visit prior contact Charlie Gay at (828) 273-2674 or email Charle at charlie.gay@usda.gov to coordinate a date and time. Description of Requirement The project consists of:

(1) packaging up of “ALL” inventoried excess chemicals / hazardous materials, (2) also any chemicals noted for disposal, and identification is unknown, be tested if necessary for identification before disposal, (3) creating a uniform hazardous materials waste manifest, (4) transporting of chemicals to disposal facility, and (5) providing Forest Service with final manifest. (Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance/Location USDA Forest Service, Kisatchie National Forest at 2500 Shreveport Highway Pineville, LA. Chemical Disposal to be completed any day from February 26, 2024, to May 31, 2024.
