**Neal Bennett Location:** USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station Methods Testing Plant (MTP) Building 480 Cornbread Ridge Rd Princeton, WV 24740. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, and equipment for ground maintenance services that include landscape services of approximately 5 acres: This would include twice yearly clean-up (spring and Fall) at the MTP Princeton, WV site.

Base Year with 4 Option Years This solicitation is issued as an, Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is set aside for Small Business.
