## Description

**Sole Source:** Provide all necessary certified operators, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision required to maintain our onsite wastewater plant in compliance with provisions of the federal water pollution control act and the Ohio water pollutions act detailed in the issued Ohio EPA permit. Work will be done during normal business hours (7:00am-5:00pm M-F) or as determined by the onsite contact. Operator must be certified by the state of Ohio to operate and maintain a wastewater treatment facility.
