The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment (including safety equipment), tools, transportation (including an enclosed, insulated cargo trailer), supervision, and all other resources required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications of the BPA.
