The BPA is available for use by all Forest Service units and all federal agencies. This is NOT a solicitation. This notice is issued solely as a synopsis of the Government’s intent to award a BPA Call Order. It does not constitute a request for proposals, quotations, or submission of information. This procurement is restricted to LMIR BPA awardees eligible to receive call orders under the LMIR BPA for USFS. The LMIR BPA utilizes a continuous pre-solicitation process. Contractors may request to join the BPA at any time while it remains active.
