**Pre-Bid Conference and Onsite Visit Details:**

**Location:** Grey Towers National Historical Site 151 Grey Towers Drive, Milford, PA 18337 Point of Contact for Pre-Bid Site: Katelynn Ulmer 570-296-9678 or Katelynn.Ulmer@usda.gov. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management needed to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program for Grey Towers National Historic Site.

This work includes routine and non-routine pest control services for both the interior and exterior of the buildings, as well as special response services for emergencies or unscheduled issues, preventative measures, and cyclical pest control services for eleven (11) federally owned historic and modern buildings.

All work must be performed in accordance with commercial industry standards and best practices, the terms and conditions outlined in this statement of work, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
