This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Vegetation Management (BPA) for the Jessieville Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas.

**Chemical Site Preparation/Cut-Spray Surface/Foliar Spray Project Description:** The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete vegetation management practices for the following item within the boundaries of Jessieville Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest. IAW established BPA - 5.2.1.1 Site Preparation 762 acres of site preparation, cut-surface, and foliar spray.
