## Description

K & K DIRTWORKS is the only firm capable of providing the supplies and services without the USDA Forest Service experiencing substantial duplication of cost that could not be expected to be recovered through further competition and would have an unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirements. The Government has high confidence that K & K DIRTWORKS understands the requirement, proposes a sound approach, and will be successful in performing the contract with little or no Government intervention.

An informal analysis of prices or examination of the market indicates that the K & K DIRTWORKS price is consistent with those prices available in the market. K & K DIRTWORKS has unique knowledge and special capabilities needed for this project. The past performance record of K & K DIRTWORKS has been satisfacory, they have vast experience in this area, proposed personnel are qualified, and the offeror proposes a price that, had this requirement been further competed, would not be more advantageous.

K & K DIRTWORKS, is the most advantageous offer and provides the Best Value with consideration of Project needs and results in the lowest overall cost alternative to meet the needs of the Government.
