## Description

The purpose of this contract is to cut and process all tree species less than 6 inches DBH from sites in preparation for further reforestation activities. Sites are majority oak and jack pine mix. Cut all tree species less than 6 inches DBH and process or break down material via masticator or similar equipment. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19
